Yoga is a centuries old spiritual science focusing on harmony and integration of intellect, heart, mind, body, breath and spirit. I use traditional Hatha Yoga influenced in part by the Sivananda and Ashtanga forms of Yoga that I have studied. Sessions include asana (movement and posture) meditation and breathing techniques with the emphasis on creating balance, flexibility, strength and stillness in the body and mind. Private Yoga sessions – £45 for 90 mins (groups of 1-2).  Find out more at my yoga website, http://www.inthemomentcentre.co.uk/.
